Products & Services

Soul Studio creates premium wall art prints and framed artwork that are made to order.

We take great care to ensure product images, descriptions, sizing information and colours are displayed accurately. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device display and monitor calibration.

As our products are made to order, slight variations may occur as part of the production process.

Orders

When you place an order with Soul Studio, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Once your order has been submitted, production will begin. Please carefully review your order details, including artwork selection, size, frame choice and delivery address before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed.

Made-to-Order Products

All artwork is created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect product choice or personal preference.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions or offers at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order enters production.

Shipping

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Please refer to our Shipping Information page for current production times and delivery information.

Once an order has been dispatched, Soul Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, branding, logos, text and website content are the intellectual property of Soul Studio.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or use any part of our website or artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers to assist with payment processing, website functionality, production and delivery.

We are not responsible for the policies, services or actions of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
